We have found that Flash Files provide the most universal functionality and reach for most users. In other words, they are platform independent, they have a small file size, and Flash is found on 96% of all computers.

The screen size of the tutorials is fixed and set for the largest number of users to be able to view. Users with both 800 X 600 up to 1028 X 768 resolutions should be able to view the files, 1028 X 768 is recommended.

Why do you use a subscription service?
First, similar to an online service, we want to provide anytime, anywhere access. Secondly, as an online service, NetSuite is continually upgrading and adding enhancements to their suite of products, therefore, we will continually be updating our tutorials.

Yes. But keep in mind that with a CD, some of the files may become obsolete in time.
