The Test Drive includes complete sample data for a fictitious company called Wolfe Electronics. There are also typical roles for employee users. For each role, system access is confined to the needs of that individual. (A sales person, for example, can access only sales tasks while a customer support person can access only customer support tasks). You'll be able to switch to any role to see how the Suite is adapted for each.

Once you've entered the Suite, use the system as you would for your own company. Any task you do will be saved so you can see how the integrated nature of our Suite makes your employees more productive. For example, when a sale is entered, the warehouse manager is notified of an order to ship, the accounting user can immediately see the sales order to process, and the CEO can see the updated income statement.
