NetSuite NetERP is a powerful, Web-based accounting/ERP solution to manage all your back office operations such as accounting and payroll, order processing, time and billing and inventory management. NetSuite NetERP offers growing and mid-sized businesses the advanced features of mid-tier accounting applications without the cost and pain of purchasing and installing a typical mid-tier solution. Being Web-based, your accountant can also log in from his office and do the quarterly books so there's no need for you to pay for his time in traveling.
- Role-based access levels
Unlike other accounting software, NetSuite NetERP allows you to define what each authorized person can see and edit. For example, you could give your accounts payable clerk access to only accounts payable functions, or limit access to payroll functions to only your payroll clerk.
- NetERP features
NetSuite NetERP offers powerful new features such as multi-currency for businesses that deal with different currencies, multi-company consolidation for businesses with multiple company hierarchies that need to be rolled into a single financial statement, and multi-location inventory for businesses that need to track inventory held in several locations.
- Powerful reporting capabilities
NetSuite NetERP has over 100 standard reports or you can customize your own. Using Report Composer, you can include any custom field you wish, sort by any column and drill down on any amount to see actual transactions. Key data can also be turned into a snapshot and displayed on your Executive Dashboard for easy access.
- Secure, Web-based solution with anytime anywhere access
NetSuite NetERP is delivered as a Web-based application so your company can avoid the cost of installation, maintenance, upgrade and backup. Being Web-based also means that authorized persons can log in remotely from anywhere to get their work done, including your accountant from his office. All data is fully encrypted and securely stored.

The automated currency revaluation feature simplifies the period end close process by generating adjusting journal entries to reflect exchange rate fluctuations. To do so, open transactions in your Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable accounts are analyzed and a calculation is done of the amount of unrealized gain or loss incurred on exchange rate changes since those transactions were created.
Multi-Company Consolidation allows any type of multi-level business entity hierarchy, such as holding companies, to consolidate all its individual businesses' financial data into a single set of financial statements. The consolidated statements support full drill-down, meaning that you can drill down to the transaction level within any of the consolidated businesses to better understand any of the results.
Multi-location Inventory allows you to keep an accurate record of inventory on hand at each of your inventory storage locations.

When you create new items, simply enter the corresponding On Hand quantities for each of your locations. Quantity is subsequently decremented or incremented for each sale or re-stock respectively. |

Assembly and Package Items allow companies that assemble products to track them separately from their components. Once created, Assembly and Package Items can be managed just like a single inventory item with their own quantity counts and costing calculations. Separating components between pre- and post-assembly also improves your inventory management because you will get separate system notifications if any of the quantities are low, giving you the opportunity to re-order in time.
Advanced Shipping and Receiving gives you greater control of your order management process by allowing you to break out the order fulfillment and receiving functions. Separate users can be assigned shipping, receiving and returns functions with views on order records and reports tailored to their requirements. Those functions include capabilities for pick, pack and ship, receiving to multiple inventory locations, and UPS shipping integration.
NetSuite NetERP includes powerful customization tools to give you the flexibility to customize the application to meet your specific needs. The customization tools allow you to customize the forms you would use for transactions, entities and records including being able to embed custom code on forms. Using our custom records capability you can also define the data records you need with complex relationships between each other and existing records/transactions. For example, an electrical retailer can track warranty information associated with items and customers purchasing those items; a property management company can define a property record and associate it with tenants, rent invoices, maintenance records, etc.
